The First 100 Days

First 100 Days

Starting college is an exciting and meaningful transition, but it’s important to remember that success doesn’t come all at once. The first 100 days are not a sprint to the finish line; they are the beginning of a marathon. During this time, you are learning how to manage your time, balance responsibilities, navigate a new environment, and build relationships that can last a lifetime. It’s okay to feel challenged, uncertain, or even overwhelmed – those feelings are a natural part of growing into your new role as a college student.

Pace yourself. Make time to attend class, ask for help when you need it, get involved on campus, take care of your well-being. Each small step – every conversation, study session, or walk across campus – contributes to your success in the long run. Be patient with yourself, stay curious, and give yourself the space to adjust. You don’t have to have everything figured out right away. You’re just getting started – and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
