Bonus Topic – The Citation Tool in Google Docs

The Citation Tool in Google Docs (from the Department of Arts Administration)

Google Docs offers a citation formatting tool that helps compile the formatting for in-text citations as well as the reference list at the end of a research paper. Please note that while this tool can be very helpful, it is still important for you to be familiar with the details of Chicago style (author-date) so that you know what the resulting formatting should look like. That way, you can make any minor adjustments as needed so that it is correct in your document.
